Product availability will be reflected on the product page. Not all products may be available for order while you shop. You may sign up for updates to be notified when a product becomes available for order.
Placing an Order
You will be able to place orders for products that are available at the time of your order. For products that are not available (coming soon, or out of stock), you will have the option to pre-order or join a waitlist. We strongly recommend that you review the product information prior to placing your order. Once submitted, orders cannot be canceled nor modified.
Your accessory is crafted from 100% full grain leather. The leather is pre-treated to ensure its durability, however the look and feel of your accessory will evolve with time and product use. It is normal for leather to stretch, or show marks and color variations over time. If you experience minor stains/marks, you may gently wipe your accessory with a damp cloth. For other issues, take your accessory to a leather professional. Do not use harsh chemicals on your handbag.
STORING YOUR ACCESSORY
All handbags come with a dust bag. Always stuff your handbag and store it in the dust bag when not in use. Avoid stacking items on top of your accessory that could distort its shape.
TOMOLI will repair or replace any item found to be defective in material or workmanship, granted the defect occurs under regular use, and the product care instructions are followed. This warranty excludes damage from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, exposure to heat, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, or theft.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return within 14 days of the purchase date.
- The merchandise must be in new, resalable condition (inclusive of packaging).
- RETURNS FROM THE US/CANADA: we will provide you with a free shipping label and shipping instructions.
- RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE OF THE US/CANADA: the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
- Your refund will be issued when we receive the merchandise. If you received a gift with your purchase, the gift value will be deducted from the return amount.
- For exchanges, submit a return request for the merchandise you would like to return, and place a new order for the replacement product.
- All orders of reduced price merchandise are final.
TOMOLI products are designed in Minneapolis, MN, and produced by distinguished, generational leather artisans in Istanbul.
We ship most orders within two days of the order date. Items that are not ready to ship within two days will have a note on the product page. Also, there may be times when shipping is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, or additional safety measures. We will notify the customer if an order cannot be shipped timely.
TOMOLI offers complimentary shipping and returns on all US and Canada orders.
For shipments to Canada, the recipient is responsible for any import taxes/duties, entry formalities, and sales tax/VAT. The shipping company will contact the recipient to complete the required import procedures/pay for the required import fees. TOMOLI has no control over these charges. TOMOLI reserves the right to charge the billed customer for any additional expenses incurred as part of a shipment to Canada.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE USA/CANADA
TOMOLI currently ships to select international destinations. There is a $90 flat shipping fee for all orders outside of the US and CANADA. The recipient is responsible for any import taxes/duties, entries formalities, and sales tax/VAT. The shipping company will contact the recipient to complete the required import procedures/pay for the required import fees. TOMOLI has no control over these charges. TOMOLI reserves the right to charge the billed customer for any additional expenses incurred as part of an international shipment.
